The LTAF Collection is inspired by yoga – the merging of movement and mind – and its contrasting elements: gravity vs. ease, flow vs. balance.
The nexus of two twisted wires is being explored and deconstructed to the very detail. A series of formal studies evolve, new objects emerge. The cylinder in its clear and discreet appearance constitutes a strong counterpoint to the more playful chord. Its status as a gemstone bears the occasion for another study: The setting of the jewel. How is it being held ? How is it being embraced by the metal?
